Making a purchase

We compare the sizes between each brand to check for consistency. Use our size guide on the product descriptions pages or under the customer service menu to see which size is appropriate by height.

Shopping at is easy: browse by category, age brand, add items to your shopping bag and follow the prompts at checkout.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (including prepaid cards) from Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Maestro. You can also pay with a mode mini gift card.

Shipping & delivery

Once an order is confirmed, we regret that you cannot change the delivery address, please cancel the order and replace using the correct address.

Delivery times depend on when the order was placed, and the options selected at checkout. You will be able to track your order when you sign into your account. You can also select to receive shipping and delivery updates by text and email after your order has been completed.

Returns & exchanges

You have 30 days to return your order to us in perfect condition for a full refund.

Select ‘make a return’ from the customer service menu and enter your order number and email address.

Click on the ‘find your order’ button and select the items you wish to return.

You can decide whether you want store credit or a full refund. Click submit.

The easiest way to do this is to cancel and get a refund, then create a new order.

Once we have received your item, you will be refunded to your original payment method (with a few exceptions, please see below). If this is to a debit/credit card it will appear in your account within 10 days, depending on your card issuer.
